These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Axelio (“we,” “our,” “us”), including our website, features, content, and services. By using Axelio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
By creating an account, accessing Axelio, or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you:

If you are using Axelio on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have permission to do so.
Axelio is a social community platform built on BuddyBoss where users can:
Create profiles
Interact through posts, comments, and messages
Access community feeds
Share educational, social, and multimedia content
Axelio reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
3.1 Account Creation
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Reporting unauthorized access immediately
We are not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized account use.
To maintain a safe environment, users must not:
Harass, threaten, or abuse other members
Share hate speech, violent content, or discriminatory statements
Post illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
Upload defamatory or misleading information
Impersonate any person or entity
Spread malware, spam, or malicious links
Violate intellectual property rights
Engage in scams, phishing, or financial fraud
Violation may result in suspension or permanent account removal.
5.1 Ownership
You retain all rights to the content you create and upload.
5.2 License to Axelio
By posting on Axelio, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
Display, host, store, and distribute your content
Use your content to operate, improve, and promote Axelio
This license ends when you delete your content or close your account, except where:
Your content has been shared with others
Copies already exist in backups
5.3 Prohibited Content
You may not upload:
Violent or graphic material
Explicit sexual content or pornography
Private personal data without consent
Content promoting illegal activities
Medical misinformation or harmful advice
All branding, logos, features, layouts, and platform functionality are property of Axelio or BuddyBoss (as base software).
You may not:
Copy or redistribute platform code
Modify or create derivative works
Use Axelio branding without permission
Axelio may integrate third-party plugins, APIs, or tools (including BuddyBoss features).
We are not responsible for:
External websites
Third-party content
Services that rely on external providers
Your interactions with third-party services are done at your own risk.
Your use of Axelio is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines:

How your data is used
How your data is protected
By using Axelio, you consent to the collection and handling of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or delete accounts that:
Violate these Terms
Violate laws or regulations
Threaten community safety
Engage in fraudulent behavior
You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.
Axelio is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee that the platform will always be:

Error-free
Available without interruption
Free of harmful software or bugs

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Axelio is not liable for:
